Cancellation Policy
At Al-Nuaim, we strive to process your orders quickly so you can enjoy your perfumes and attars at the earliest. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your Order ID.
If prepaid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, it will be treated as a return violation, and refunds will not be provided.
2. Order Cancellation by Al-Nuaim
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Payment is not authorized or failed.
Order is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for prepaid canceled orders (before shipping) will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no advance payment is taken, hence no refund is required.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
