At Al-Nuaim, we are committed to delivering high-quality perfumes, attars, and personal care products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy. Please review the details below before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Conditions for Return
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Return requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The original box, labels, invoice, and any accessories must be returned with the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
Products without original packaging or invoice.
Items purchased during sale/clearance or marked “Non-returnable.”
Return Shipping
If the return is due to wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will arrange return shipping.
If the customer requests a return for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for approved returns.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit voucher.
Non-Refundable
Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the order qualifies.
3. Replacement Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).
