1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once an order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We partner with trusted courier companies for safe and reliable delivery across India.
Estimated delivery timeline:
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–6 business days
Remote Areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier serviceability, festive seasons, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value, delivery location, and courier partner.
Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website or social media.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Al-Nuaim is not liable for delays caused by courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are advised to track their shipment using the tracking details provided.
6. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:
Do not accept the package.
Immediately inform our support team with pictures/videos.
If the package is accepted, please report damages within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we may/may not ship internationally. (You can clarify this based on your actual operations.)
Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) will be the responsibility of the customer.
